Candyman, because he’s such an interesting character with his backstory and cos I will still never look in the mirror and say Candyman five times, else a fictional supernatural entity will disembowel me
 
Saw a trailer for a new version of Candyman that Jordan Peele is involved in. Could be good methinks/hopes.
Aye, looking forward to seeing that. Have you read the original story, The Forbidden, by Clive Barker? Different backstory and set in a Liverpool council estate. The whole set of Books Of Blood, the collection the story is part of, is excellent, and some have been adapted as films but Candyman is the only one worth a watch. Would love to see an adaptation of In The Hills, The Cities, which is the best story in the collection but they’d probably sanitise it and fuck it up

Would have preferred a tv series, so many great stories.

Yeah I was a bit of a Clive Barker fan back in the day so the film version of Candyman confused me somewhat!
