To my knowledge not been mentioned in the 16 years or so I’ve been a daily listener

Total backfilling as far as I know, and I've been listening on and off for much longer than that. You'd have thought it would have cropped up before. Incredible. But then, that's like so much in the programme these days - it's as if there's no continuity.
