I can understand the objections for those in Nursery Road on the increased traffic issue, particularly around the construction. Is there any evidence that the nearby Premier Inn for example brought an increase in antisocial guests?

I don't think any large new developments should be approved in Brixton until there's adequate public toilets made available 24/7.
