Shrimp Tank / Aquarium

Got seven very little Blue Velvet Shrimp (Neocaridina Davidi) today.
They are in tank2 with two medium Red Cherry Shrimp and two Amano Shrimp.

Have another four Amano Shrimp in the original tank. There were two big (4cm approx) Bamboo Shrimp (a/k/a Wood Shrimp) but one seems to have gone :(

Was away last weekend and came home to find my main tank empty of water  lost both my Synodontis catfish and the tetras but saved all the Shrimp from the empty tank

Tank is settling in now and water is clearing. Some fluffy fungus on the new wood but that is harmless to shrimp/fish/water and good food for the Pleco Catfish (I have a Bristle Nose Pleco aka BNP) so not too worried.

Am feeding the plants with a CO2 supplement for the new plants and have got some plant media under the gravel already.

Still at least away from shrimp/fish but am very happy. It is the first 'posh tank' I have ever had so am a bit fussy with it all. Am still planning a few more plants but want the tank to be uncluttered for the residents.

AA battery on top for scale.

I have some friends who were trying to rehome on recently, if you want me to ask if its still going?

But no, you can't rehome them with other fish, they eat them.
Cheers mate. Will pass as I don't want anything gobbling up my ecosystem :D

New arrivals today
Khuli Loaches (Pangio kuhli)
The Kuhli Loach is a peaceful bottom dwelling fish, it is the water equivalent of an owl and will stay awake all night scavenging around the tank looking for food.

Its shy and peaceful temperament makes the Kuhli Loach fish the perfect tank companion.
