Not sure about peely wally but he certainly never looked v healthy. He always looked a bit peely wally so not entirely surprising.
Pretty sure he used that as part of the "excuse" of his awful behaviour with women. He was a big boozer. Mate of mine was editing a book by him a few years ago and they went out drinking after a meeting. Salmond got totally hammered.
Yes I think so. I remember my mate saying Salmond was all over the place by the end of the night. Embarrassingly so.Pretty sure he used that as part of the "excuse" of his awful behaviour with women.
Fucking hypocrite given his position on minimum pricing. 69's not a bad innings for an overweight alcoholic sex pest.He was a big boozer. Mate of mine was editing a book by him a few years ago and they went out drinking after a meeting. Salmond got totally hammered.

Sad for his family but the behaviour that came out after the investigation was appalling and the immediate obits seemingly sweeping it under the carpet are pretty hard to stomach
A fitting tribute.an overweight alcoholic sex pest.
When I was 16 and working in a shop in an isolated part of Scotland where my Granny lived, AS asked me to play golf with him.
Sadly not blairScottish politicians do have a tendency to drop dead unexpectedly: Smith, Darling, Cook, Dewar, and now Salmond.
To me he was an old man and the whole situation gave me the ick. So no.And...did you?
Not sure about peely wally but he certainly never looked v healthy.
Blair doesn't count IMO.Sadly not blair
Why not? Not Scottish enough for you?Blair doesn't count IMO.
Brown suddenly feeling a bit anxious!Scottish politicians do have a tendency to drop dead unexpectedly: Smith, Darling, Cook, Dewar, and now Salmond.
....or Gove.Sadly not blair
Wikipedia tells me that Darling was suffering from cancer, so perhaps his death was not unexpected.Scottish politicians do have a tendency to drop dead unexpectedly: Smith, Darling, Cook, Dewar, and now Salmond.
He’s never represented a Scottish constituency. Why not? Not Scottish enough for you?
Wouldn't surprise me if more accusations emerge after a, ahem, 'decent interval'. Either that or a newspaper editor feels freed up to publish something they've sat on.* shrug *
RIP pisshead sex pest? Is that good enough?
Should be in Scotland forum anyway.
But a politician born and bred in Scotland surely a Scottish politician no matter the constituency they represent. He’s never represented a Scottish constituency.
Well, he was raised in Australia and Durham, but he was certainly born and went to secondary school in Edinburgh. But a politician born and bred in Scotland surely a Scottish politician no matter the constituency they represent.
