Riots and protests have erupted across Greece after a 16 year old lad ws shot in the head by police after 'driving off with 20 euros of petrol without paying for it'. It has been reported that he is in critical condition in hospital and he has not been named. The Guardian has described the teenager as Romany. It happened on the anniversary of the police murder of 15 year old Alexandros Grigoropolous in Athens in 2008 that sparked mass riots across the country at the time. This latest police shooting follows cop intimidation and harrassment across autonomous zones in Greece by police.
