Returns to ASOS

Bought some cheap shoes on impulse from ASOS and not sure if they will be ok, they say they have free returns, can't believe that and free delivery, it is that straightforward?

I sometimes use another website which offers free returns and the one time I needed it it was surprisingly easy

Yep. Just take them to the post office or I think, a shop that does collect+.

yep..i do the £10 per year next day delivery with them and it's great.

I tend to only shop at the free return places online.

If they don't offer it I'm put off. For big massive online stores it's pretty standard. Label in the bag, stick it on and bung in the work post bag with no issues.

Asos are fab to order from, really rate them.
