Question for those who own a Henry vac.

I've posted this before but Ho Hum.'enrys are made by Numatic who make big fuck off commercial vacuums with 2 or 3 motors 'enrys are designed exactly the same, simple and solid (and crap on stairs). One of the most common faults on Vacuums is the cable failing on the retraction drum, doesn't happen on 'enrys because the drum is big enough in diameter not to cause cable failure.Mieles etc are fine but they won't take abuse like a Numatic.Personally in my view Nilfisk make the best cleaners.
/end rant.

Nilfisk seem to be the favoured vacuum cleaner of psychiatric hospitals :hmm:

Every psych' hospital I have worked in had legions of the things.

I used to service them years ago in NZ,lots of institutions use them, dogs bollocks for cleaners that are worked hard.

Bought a Sebo X4 in the end and it arrived today. It shits all over my old Dyson and is really solidly made, ze Germans know how to make stuff last.

I must be getting old when I am pleased with a hoover.
