Harry, the long-time proprietor of Cruson on Camberwell, has been informing regular customers of his intention to retire at some point in the coming year. He would obviously like to pass on the place to someone else as a going concern, but is realistic about the limited likelyhood of this being posible.
As you can see, it's a lovely looking shop. It also sells a superb selection of fruit and veg, and is run by a really lovely bunch of people. It would be very sad to see it close.
I mention this as it may be of interest to other locals, and in the extremely optomistic hope that someone reading could be in the market for a greengrocers shop...
