Pizza toppings suggestions

S, BIL, N and parents coming up this w/e.

We suggested doing lunch round ours, and we're probably opting for our STUNNING home-made pizzas, given just how awesome (etc) they are.

Thing is, what do you reckon we should top them with?

Probably looking at 3 massive ones (each about the size of an oven, except in height), which could be split half and half.

The S and BIL are very much into organic muesli-knitted free range yoghurt khaftans, so tbh fully veggie isn't a bad thing and any meat'll be utterly 400% home cooked, spiced and flavoured from only the most happily slaughtered lambs.

Spinach and feta
Asparagus and goats cheese (not really the right time of year though)
peppers, sundried tomatoes and lots of olives

Pesto is nice on pizza, then put on a mixture of olives, mozzarella and tomato

Stilton or another strong blue cheese is great on a pizza, maybe do a four cheese one.

Some tremendous suggestions :D

Including Dave's troll suggestion, which - tbh - I quite like the look of.

Gonna have to print this thread out and tick some off :D

REckon we should make our own passata too.

Make your own passata? Seems a bit OTT to me. Just bung a load of minced garlic in with some olive oil, fry for a minute, chuck as much ready-made passata in as needed and let simmer for half an hour, done.
