She's just saying that someone in the entertainment industry - whom she won't name - is widely known to be a sexual predator, to the point where it's an open secret.
There's nothing about how universal health care or same-sex marriage is the work of the devil or anything.

They didn't word it very well, but they're not saying Katherine Ryan is right wing, they're saying that the rumours about Russell Brand being a total cunt become slightly clearer when you look at Katherine Ryan's comments about an unnamed TV personality.

If you make your money from Social Media and your likes are dropping then you adopt new tactics, new ideologies and new viewpoints to keep your profile up.

It's not hard if you have no moral compass. Those that do have a moral compass go bust eventually because of this.

And that in itself is the proper problem we have with people in society.

I make my money from working online but I'd rather the Internet was shut down and I lose my business than have people like this able to spout their shit views.

Many lefty, hippy, yoga, environmental types are also anti-vaxx and conspiracy minded. There's definitely a weird joining up but I wouldn't say having some of those beliefs makes you right wing.

True, but the way Brand talks now, the issues he talks about, the people he attacks, the people he doesn’t, at the very least all his talking points would appeal to the infowars crowd. He, Glenn Greenwald and Matt Taibbi are all very much birds of a feather these days, people who were once left but now largely pander to conspiratorial fanbases, leaning heavily on rightwing populist rhetoric (‘great reset’, ‘globalists’ etc.)

His job is literally to give platforms to people. So the question of who he gives platforms to does define who he is as a political actor. What he habitually does is more important than a few things he says here and there. As I've already pointed out, he in fact barely platforms left wing people at all, as in most of the world the people in the left column wouldn't be considered left.

Brand told people to vote for Miliband. And is a twat. Rogan is all superficial bullshit, I can see why superficial people might like him.
