Tricky characters, Death In June. Certainly weren't fascist originally, but like a lot of similar acts - Sol Invictus and the like - seem to attract a lot of attention for their reputed fascist - not just imagery, but some of that kind of Boyd Rice / Might Is Right! stuff....

Worth reading England's Hidden Reverse by David Keenan - mostly about Coil, Nurse With Wound and Current 93, but the others all crop up too...,

That whole scene is interesting but occasionally worrying: there's a point where flirting with transgression and extreme imagery spills over. As someone said about Boyd Rice, if he's not actually a fascist it doesn't really matter now: if there's no chink in the image, no wink to the gallery, it's just fascism, no matter how ironic or whatever it may be...
