Not that I really should be buying tunes again, like :hmm: :D Struck that bit of gold amongst two crates of otherwise uninspiring house stuff!
 
cant stop playing this one at the moment
a lot of oldskool tunes no longer trigger memories of the atmosphere of the time for me, maybe from overplaying, or maybe they just havent stood the test of time quite as well, but there are still a few tunes that no amount of time will shake off the sweat, lazers, doved-up goosebumps and smell of dry ice... slightly slower breakbeat, sweet stabs, cutting from light to dark and back again, that sense of excitement of being a new era in music and maybe in human history! Its all there in this one... 1991 rave magic

iirc they all lived in a house together, hence the name, and would compete between each other to make the best tunes, as well as remixing each others tracks as they went along...was a hot bed...lots of the tunes are just them under different aliases

howsabout this one - got a great rawness about it - weekend rush vibes

theres a couple of versions - only one has BAtchelor Rock and Most High - thats the good one! Lucky you! If you ever want to sell (a bit cheaper than discogs) lemme know
 
just heard this one on the radio - this tune always used to spook me out for some reason - just got a little spooked flashback from it now! something about the stab progression...
