Here’s my box. I had to get up early to ensure it wasn’t nicked as we are in a busy street and I asked them to put it behind the bins but forgot Tue is bin night so the bins are on the street.
We put parsnips as an exclusion but got 5 otherwise a decent haul for £3.99.

I know I was hoping for a nice acorn squash substitution
I love beetroot but hate parsnips. Anyway we’ve worked out you can freeze them and they roast fine so will save them for Xmas when we will have 2 parsnip munchers- not sure they will eat all 5 though !!

I love parsnips They are lovely brushed with honey and oil and roasted. If I get beetroot, I think I'll probably make brownies with them.

Beetroot is great roasted or in curry or roasted with a block of feta then whizzed up into a dip/pasta sauce.

This is the one I’m using but I used one a few Christmas back with goats cheese walnuts and watercress

Pretty sure you can just cut in half and shovel the delicious innards in your gob with a spoon They are nice, very sweet.

I just cut them in half and eat with a spoon. Never had a not ripe one. They're nice on yoghurt too.

I've only ever had passion fruit mixed into a fruit salad with ice cream. It's nice like that. No idea about ripeness though.

Also I thought they'd take them as £10 off each box but my account currently showing that my box due this week is free and I've got £6.01 credit.

Yeh, doing the same with mine now too. I'd prefer to have the £10 off and just pay the odds, but no - they're taking the whole amount off.

You're allowed 15 referrals in all btw. Says 5 on the main part, but if you check the Ts and Cs, it's fifteen
