NYE PROD then Unsound Who's up for it

Happy New Year

I had a lovely time, met all kinds of fun people and stayed till 8.15am before strolling off to catch a bus home. I gave up on the next day pretty much but feel fine now. Happy New Year to you all... :)

They specifically commented on how wonderfully unpretentious the crowd was, which reminded that I'd forgotten how much bullshit there is in many London scenes. Goes without saying that U75 has massively improved our social life!

Was indeed a great evening, though didn't manage to talk to many new people. But I did get to prove that I exist for those who thought Skim was making me up :D

The sofa had a certain allure to it, especially after the music went pure drum and bass... :)

Righty, finally recovering(ish) so here goes.

It was lovely to see everyone that I did, I wished everyone that I saw a happy new year and I'm sorry to anyone I missed.

A lovely bunch of people and I wouldn't have wished to spend new years with anyone else :)
 
Hi to everyone that I met - it was bit quiet at Unsound though but I had a good night - bit sketchy near the end, I can't remember getting home. They should do these long weekends with 24hr travel a lot more. :cool:

Hello you lot

That was fun! Apart from finding the music a bit difficult to cope with as the night wore on, I had a lovely time. It was great to see the usual suspects and meet some more <waves at skim and Teejay>

I won't name too many names cos I always forget people but have to do a big shout out to the lovely shirl. Come see us in the summer! :cool:

Oh and lilJen, I have a red welt on my neck where you yanked me around by my top you feckin drunken nutjob!! :mad: ;) x

bloody hell, even today I don't feel quite recovered - and now I'm back at work. And my tongue is still sore where I chewed it to pieces :(
 
unsound was wicked - a great way to see in the new year, even if at midnight it was still fairly quiet.

great to see loads of lovely people - hipipol, suzie, foo, unix, spud, topcat, pieye, tarranau, lizardqueen, dub, wolfie, etc etc.... (and of course, mister filter)

and great music too - nicky blackmarket was fuckin' tops, as was deadlock!

nice one sus, robbi and all involved :)

Dub's was shot from right under the kilt though - and had my fingers edging towards Wolfie's bits n pieces. :D
 
after PROD, unsound and Too Late To Stop Now on Saturday night (which was top fun) i've only just made it out of the house.. so photos soon..

but thanks everyone for making PROD NYE a fucking fantastic night. as hurried and fucked as i often was, it was lovely to see you all and i thought - sod being humble - that we put on a brilliant night, judging by people's faces..

thanks to tim and the windmill crew, wolfie and shirl and of course comrade knitted boy for helping out on the decks.

and THEN unsound - it was interesting dj-ing to 15 people at the end of unsound, rather than the beginning ;)

you all should have come on Saturday night - me, ianw and the hardcore few had a great time :)

I have to say that i just couldnt do it, and i didnt even go to Unsound!! I am just a total lightweight!!

Had a brilliant time as always, thank you to all those who were nice and spoke my little bro i think it made him realise that there are nice people in the world.. in fact he had such a great time he is coming back this month as well.

So thanks to all those that helped to make it a wonderful evening xxxx
