NYE PROD then Unsound Who's up for it

god, what a night. absolutely fabulous. thanks for organising prod and a happy new year to everyone, in particular to those who couldn't come yesterday :)

i was back at home around 8 am, which is quite unusual for me.
currently cooking a potato curry for breakfast as i am hungry like a bear.
i only slept 3.5 hours...but luckily i feel fine, phew (definitely couldn't work today though)

teejay thanks for that lift, you are a little star. nice to meet you citydreams,

and han you are a little star too

When I'm a little more coherent and have had some sleep, I'm going to thank everyone who made this such a fucking wicked night out. You know who you are :D

I had a top night PRoD was great fun. I then went to a house party full of foreigners and homosexuals. Was going to go to Unsound but ended up staying at the party.

Was great to meet Shirl, Moose, Mr Moose, Thora, Shell's brother and Bob and probably a few others too.

And a Massive thanks to the lovely Little Edge and her friend who gave me his spare ticket after I managed to leave mine at home. ( :rolleyes: at self)

I liked the back room and was pleased to discover the disabled toilet, which is big enough to have a party of it's own.

Now have 4 days to recover before going back to work. :)

Good to meet you too - even if the memory is a little hazy... :D What a top night - my non urbanite friends I brought along loved it and remarked on what a friendly bunch of people it was. The heaters out in the garden were great - can we have them every time?

Ducky would llike to know if anyone danced to 'Madder' at about 2am - we were out in the garden where she was trying ot get people to dance to it.

And I managed a memory hatrick of
a) Forgetting the name and face of somebody who was there who I'd met before
b) Forgetting face of somebody I'd met before and
c) Mistaking yet another person for somebody else. :confused:

Hats off to Dub for a great night and the Pogues... :)
 
Well i think i'm still a little fucked! Not slept yet!!!
That was the best PROD i've been too, big thank you to Dub for all the effort he put into it and of course Wolfie and Shirl it was nice to see you both.

Unsound was good too, stayed until about 8.30am and then walked all the way home.

TeeJay thank you so much for the lift down the hill.

Fucking great night. PROD rocked. Unsound was top.

It was a wonderful NYE I was surrounded by loads of fantastic friends and that made the night really special..

Managed to stay until 8am at Unsound (only Dub and Tanky and milsey left) :D

Lovely to see Cambridge lot after a long time and to meet some new faces.

Come to think of it remember the Russian music thing. They played some very good stuff at Unsound and the visuals helped no end :D

Home and tucked up in bed by 9:30am and then over to see grandson no.2 on his 1st birthday at 3pm by which time he was more of a dribbling mess than me!?!

I'm going to see if hipipol and suzee blue take bookings for their dirty dancing. . . you were great to watch :D

Sus and crew - ta for that! <blows kiss to Tony> Fab with the exception of the russian folk music :eek: It's been ages since I've been to an urban gathering and it felt good to see everyone again and meet new people too MOOSE and Mr MOOSE YAY!! Bond you give the best hugs ever! Gutted to only meet LiJen as I was leaving and not to spend more time with me mate Shirl :D

PROD was great, it was wonderful seeing in the New Year with so many special faces. Zora, you are so cute and cuddly when you're pissed, LilJen, I have never seen anybody move to 'dancing queen' with such passion and enthusiasm! And Liberty, your puppy made me broody :D

onemonkey, Ive never seen a song clear the floor faster, what WERE you thinking? :p

Sorry not to make unsound, sounds like you guys had a blast.

We went to Bermondsey instead, cracking party, heavy, confusing, but cool.
Ringo is still there now :eek:

Happy New Year everyone – I had a very fine night – so wasted at PROD I could barely walk, but oh it was good – then on to the Bermondsey, where we watched the sun rise over London and were cold but happy.

Was great to meet Thora, and of course Rozi (thanks for warmth and drinks and I hope we didn't outstay our welcome...).

Bring on 2005:)

Had a great time at PRoD with being surrounded by good vibes & such a lovely bunch of people. Was such a warm welcome back from our trip, made me really chuffed to be back in the country! Thanks everyone for making our last night of 2004 a special one & health + happiness to all in 2005. :) :cool:
