I didn't say there was a point in #73. You seemed to make an observation in #73 that a rich judge would be as offended by the "New homes for the rich" stunt as a Jewish person might be by a campaign describing them as weeds that must be eradicated. It's at best a clumsy analogy, it's also a stupid one considering Bonehill has been imprisoned and no one at CW has seen any action for the "New homes for the rich" posters.
Which made your "point" in post #79 confusing.
Jesus Christ! Am I somehow not being clear here? You don't get to decide if X, Y, or Z person is taken to court over their offensive material. You or me taking offence is irrelevant, however objectively offensive something might be. These laws are always and everywhere used as a political tool. They will be used against the left.
Calm down. As i said, when the left start deploying such extreme tactics as Mr Bonehill they will have something to worry about. They have a way to go yet.
Well I'm saying there definitely was a point to post #73. It wasn't the point you took from it though. The observation I was making was that the level of 'offence' necessary for a prosecution to go ahead depends on political considerations. If it is politically desirable for a prosecution to go ahead, then you can be damn sure those in a position to bring people to court will be as offended as possible.
Since the class war poster isn't doing that, its authors can breathe easy, at least where this law's concerned.(1) A person who uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or displays any written material which is threatening, abusive or insulting, is guilty of an offence if—
(a) he intends thereby to stir up racial hatred, or
(b) having regard to all the circumstances racial hatred is likely to be stirred up thereby.
He wasn't locked up on the basis of what he thinks: he was locked up for trying to incite an "anti-Jewification event" in Golders Green. I don't agree with laws against hate speech, but if the law didn't exist, that could easily be framed as threatening behavior, or inciting violence. He's done worse than trolling for sure but should we really be celebrating the state locking him up on the basis of what he thinks?
He's scum for sure but how long before they're pulling in antifa etc on similar grounds?
Or it'll be cited later on as some validation for his persecution/Messiah complex. He is probably regretting penning this rather wank poem
He's going to write My struggle against four years of Lies, stupidity, cowardice and people who gently hint that I should put my creative talents somewhere other than poetry
“You are an intelligent man..”
He is probably regretting penning this rather wank poem this evening.
I want to go to prison,
The Jews will make sure of this.
A place of great vision,
and a stronghold of ideological bliss.
I belong in prison.
To mention the Jew, a crime no less,
A guilty plea, I do confess.
My punishment and recognition awaits,
As I enter Prisons’ gates.
I belong in prison.
The Talmudic tyrant moves to silence,
My words are his greatest enemy.
The eternal Jew hates my defiance,
And so Prison becomes my destiny.
I belong in prison.
Whilst in prison, I will read and write,
To return to freedom with great insight.
The Jew will not silence me,
I will only grow stronger, he will see!
I belong in prison.
A chance to grow and build my strength,
A time to preach and speak the truth.
The prison sentence is no length,
It’ll win me votes at the polling booth!
I belong in prison.
In actual fact we’re all in prison,
Forced into Politically correct submission,
The future of our race is at stake,
we’re being strangled by that Jewish snake.
I belong in prison.
A time has come to fight with fire,
for at present our hopes are pretty dire.
With fury and truth we shall prevail,
and save our race from the flail.
I belong in prison.
When released I will lead the way,
For a great truth movement shall arise.
they may oppress us in the world of Today,
but my freedom shall mark their demise.
I belong in prison.
The day of the Jew has been and gone,
their Talmudic hate will be no more.
Goyim arise, don’t be the pawn,
take back what is yours and go to war.
I belong in prison.
A few months or a few years, we shall see,
A prison sentence will bring me much glee.
The ultimate victory is mine for the taking,
that being, our race awakening!
I belong in prison.

Joshua Bonehill: I belong in Prison
Once it gets to the point where violence is being incited, then obviously the law should step in, and to be fair, with some of the stuff he has said he has come close to doing that. I still can't help feel uneasy about the idea of people being locked up for being offensive, as offensiveness is a pretty subjective and wide-ranging concept. These laws regarding inciting hatred are no better, and they are never applied consistently anyway. Just look at what Katie Hopkins gets away with.
Faber editor TS Eliot was another anti-Semite though his poetry was a bit better.I love shit fascist poetry, faber should produce an anthology.
And the flames rose,I bet this is how young Adolf felt when people mocked his attempt at painting.
tbh he looks like any 'tache he grew would be of the wispy variety at best and not the full hitler. And the flames rose,
to his Aryan nose,
and his moustache started to melt.
yes, in the high court of bimble.(Bonehill definitely guilty of the above)
Nah, his website.. he's very clear that the whole story of "shoageddon" is a a scam invented by the Elders to, you know, make money.yes, in the high court of bomble.
i see you're judge, jury and prosecutor in the high court of bimble.Nah, his website.. he's very clear that the whole story of "shoageddon" is a a scam invented by the Elders to, you know, make money.
He says " The Holocaust has to be the single most hilarious incident that never happened in history. The idea that Jews were gassed in rooms that had wooden doors, or the fact that the Jews would have us believe 150 of them were cremated at Auschwitz every hour–comical!" and so on..
i see you're judge, jury and prosecutor in the high court of bimble.
i can see the headlines now: "national socialist in holocaust denial shocker"
it is always interesting to me how many fascists think eichmann and his ilk were incompetent. but what other views do you think should be criminalised?I am! As are you in yours.
But anyway, think the law around it is interesting & was glad to learn that UK stood in the way of the EU criminalising against every instance of it.
