Nazi Bonehill gets 3 years inside

Bonehill is also Britain’s only Non-elected MP. In 2015 Bonehill declared himself as MP for the constituency of Bassetlaw in Nottinghamshire. Under Bonehill’s National Liberation, the duty of MP is a “Member of the People” as opposed to the traditional democratic meaning.

What a complete cockwomble.

The guy's undoubtedly a cunt but locking him up for his opinion isn't anything to celebrate tbh.

Funny though.

It was not much to do with his opinion. It was mentioned on a number of occasions during the trial and the judge's directions were they should not be finding him guilty for his opinion. They were directed to find him guilty on the hate material he has created and published and the fact that he had instructed people to print them out and place posters around north London.

He did not help himself by lying through his arse the whole way through the trial and trying to say 'the bigger boys did it, not me'. While his defence was pure comedy, it did him no favours with the judge or jury.

As I said before, if he had changed his plea and said, yes I was trolling and I was a massive twat, he would have walked on Monday.

Add to the fact that he renounced all his values during his defence, it was nothing to do with his opinion and more the need to create havoc which is a an escalation from putting people pictures on the internet and branding them as paedophiles on his Daily Bale website becasu ehe was getting away with it all at Yeovil magistrates.

He is a poor man's icarus, got cocky and flew too close to the law.

He's done worse than trolling for sure but should we really be celebrating the state locking him up on the basis of what he thinks?

He's scum for sure but how long before they're pulling in antifa etc on similar grounds?

I have not seen Antifa publish anything even slightly as revolting as the stuff he was publishing. If Antifa start publishing grossly offensive and incendiary posters and graphics, they may have something to worry about.

I imagine a rich judge would find the following as equally (if not more) offensive as what this lonely little man was knocking up in Microsoft Paint.

Nobody has mentioned Shomrim in relation to the *Jewification" of North West London.
Self appointed busybodies who are the scourge of young dope smokers in the area.
Had Bonehead targeted Shomrim and the Eruv he may have got local youth support from both Jews and Gentiles.

He's too stupid for that, I guess because he lives in Somerset so doesn't actually know the area.

I'm sure the judge had no influence on them whatsoever.

Well I can't really speculate on whether the judge was bent or not but he was never going to get a good ride with him already being on a suspended sentence for ruining people lives with paedophile accusations.

Max sentence for his most recent conviction is seven years, he got half that and half off again if he keeps his nose clean.

Especially what with all the historical persecution of the rich.

You don't seem to get the point I'm making. Things that challenge the powerful are always more 'offensive' than things that don't. And who are you and me to decide what is offensive? We don't get a say in this.

He did target Shomrim and Hatzola which was part of his reasons for holding his demo. He could have got away with that but fucked up by trying to turn it into a massive #summerofhate fest.

I personally do not think he had any intention of going through with the demo and would never have the balls to turn up but he would sure as hell let others turn up and take the shit for him.

I am quite confident in describing this as extremely offensive and I am happy to go on record as describing this as extremely offensive.

You see that escaped me even at the time, all I could see was the hate and gas stuff.

You would have had to have watched one of his mind numbing videos that was played in court to have seen his reasons to oppose Shomrim and Hatzola. The videos that he blamed on his mate Eddie.

I don't get the point of the above. I don't think a 'rich judge' would feel anything apart from absurdity looking at that class war poster up there. He wouldn't feel fear or offence or be 'challenged' by it would he ? For Jews to see those well known tropes again (same old cartoon same analogies etc) in this idiots 'artwork' would be less amusing , I reckon.

Jesus Christ! Am I somehow not being clear here? You don't get to decide if X, Y, or Z person is taken to court over their offensive material. You or me taking offence is irrelevant, however objectively offensive something might be. These laws are always and everywhere used as a political tool. They will be used against the left.

ok i get you now. Suppose the thing is just that there's no historical precedent for rich judges to worry overly about posters knocked up on a cheap printer somewhere.

That was the point of post #73.

I didn't say there was a point in #73. You seemed to make an observation in #73 that a rich judge would be as offended by the "New homes for the rich" stunt as a Jewish person might be by a campaign describing them as weeds that must be eradicated. It's at best a clumsy analogy, it's also a stupid one considering Bonehill has been imprisoned and no one at CW has seen any action for the "New homes for the rich" posters.

Which made your "point" in post #79 confusing.

True, but then 'examples need to be set' will be the reasoning of those in power.
