Nagorno-Karabakh kicking off again

Sorry I wont discuss whether 2x2=4 or not. This is not aggression, but putting an end to the nonsense.

No one here is stopping anyone, we are discussing. Your strident and aggressive statements suggest that people of a like mind to you might well be the problem.

Appearently we have passed the second phase of a lost debate, start arguing off topic subjects. Thanks we still have not passed to the third stage, personal attacks. Such posts only cause you to end up in my ignore list.

State of your economy you'd be better off worrying about the livelihoods of Turkish people than bullying your neighbours, though suppose it takes people's minds off what a failure Erdogan has been.

the thing is that you've been invited to make a case. and in the final stage of a lost debate - whiffling about the subject rather than actually addressing it - you seem reluctant to argue your corner. so for me the loser of the debate here is you.

Was there a debate? Missed you making any actual points.

the last time this happened Russia intervened and side with Armenia, but this time Russia have their hands full with the Ukraine
Russia’s not too pleased with Armenia donating weapons to Ukraine so looks like they’re on their own

Do you have any inside knowledge you'd like to share?
I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to hear
No, I don’t have any inside knowledge but as Armenia seems to be moving away from Russia and closer to the West the next step would be an invitation to join NATO. Armenia wouldn’t be allowed to join NATO while in was in a conflict with any neighbouring country and this is why I think they’ve let Nagorno-Karabakh go

Statements from an Armenian anarchist and a Russian exile in Armenia (does also include a statement from Azerbaijan but that's a recycled one from 2020):

Turkey would veto any Armenian attempt to join NATO.

It seems this takeover of Nagorno Karabakh was allowed/encouraged by Moscow. Long term diplomatic strategy, good or bad, overturned in a very short time frame. Doesn't exactly encourage Ukraine to sit down and negotiate.
