Michael Owen to Man U?

Has any other player played for Liverpool,R.Madrid and Man.U during their career?:confused:,great fuckin move for lil' Mickey esp after he had the piss taken outa him when it was rumoured that only the likes of Hull were interested in signing him,United aint going to lose all that much by signing him either,not going to cost much if if dos'nt work out.
 
good point, i did think about him but it was only league cup so didn't see it listed properly.
 
AS said before could be a stroke of genius by sir alex...have to sign a couple more...thats the biggy, another larsson, sheringham maybe....i hope though that is the case though we will see...kinda excited to be honest

I thought wtf when I first heard this but it makes sense if Owen's happy to be a squad player. Could work, I reckon.

i think he's a prime example of the ridiculous unproffesionalism and general cuntiness that goes on in football nowadays. i bet he suddenly sorts himself out now he's stopped ripping newcastle off and everyone forgets what an utter shit he was for us. he was healthy for the last 2 months of the season at least and he didn't even try

he wasn't the only one, but he really did disgrace himself

but i wouldn't like him to get hurt really

this season he has been pathetic. sure he has been unlucky with injuries, but this season nothing big just lots of skiving on and off the pitch

we were paying him to be a senior player and all he did was just sit and do fuckall cos he knew at the end of the day some club like manutd would come and pick him up at the end of the season

i would bet anything he isn't so 'unlucky' with injuries next season

Exactly. Was he thankful we were paying him so much? Nooo, if he was he would've done a lot better. I know some are saying 'he just lost the desire to play' sorry but, when you're being payed that much you shouldn't be allowed to lose the fucking desire. Unless you're a complete cunt.

we shouldn't have signed him, but we did, he could have at least made an effort since he was meant to be our star player....

Yeah - but can't you partly blame Newcastle's rather shoddy medical staff?

It's amazing what a difference a good medical team can make.

he was healthy for the last 2 months of the season

he didn't score any goals or make any tactical effect. probably depressed the fuck out of everyone tbh

the only standout player was andy carrol who has a fraction of the talent owne has but he had a great goals to games ratio and so on simply cos he was trying
