Lunch should have its own thread

Nice nice veggie salad from the market. Polish colleague brought in some dry smoked eels his brother had caught & processed. Not bad tasting but even though I tried it before eating my salad it's still all I can taste and smell. Minging.

Baby salad leaves, cherry toms picked from the garden (they were amazing), avocado, smoked mackerel, salt and black pepper.

YUM!!!!

I had a cheese and bacon pastie from tesco. Why I don't know :( It was vile and greasy and urgh, disgusting. Am now chain drinking tea to take the taste away

Nobody has had lunch since August 10th then :D

Late start here. Toast for breakfast and plan is late lunch at Franco Manca which is very pleasing indeed.

Ready meal lasagne... I've not eaten ready meals since uni, but TBH, at the moment with the breastfeeding sometimes going on for a while. the most practical thing is something that can be chucked in the oven for a longish time or microwaved.

Borderline sandwich - wholemeal sliced, dollop of roasted onion hummus, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, the odd bite of spring onion.

fruit for afters.

Supermarket hummus seems to need onion to make it almost appealing ...

I had a mozarella and proscuttio baguette from Waitrose. The bread was stale and the lumps of mozzarella so large they glued my mouth up. In a nasty way. Shit.

Luckily Hula Hoops saved my life.

I want a kebab now and there's loads round here, but I really should have something better for me.
Why not get a burger instead then?
I love burgers from kebab shops.

Kebab fail.
I don't trust places with sticky counter and sticky floors.
Left.

Ate 4 chicken breasts instead.
