Crunchy PNB and pease pudding on seeded bap, ..
Am just making some asparagus soup with the peeled ends of two bunches of asparagus and the cooking water from one lot (added once all the veg has sweated a bit)...as well as a couple of little jersey royals to thicken it, some onions/garlic....and a carrot, which I didn't REALLY want to add, but did just cos it was going manky....
Will stir in a leeeetle bit of cream and have it with some toast.
