Lunch should have its own thread

The biggest potato we've ever grown, baked (took an hour and a half on top temp! - At work thankfully else I'd have been panicking about the gas bills). With vegan applewood, baked beans (beans on top) and kimchi (on top of that). and onion chutney on the side. Not sure if I'm going to be able to finish it!

Off the bone ham, extra mature cheddar cheese and English mustard on a large crusty roll....I think my tastebuds have gone!
Plum, apple and handful of almonds.

The Polish shop was out of my usual cabbage salad so i've been indulging in this :-
It has chunkier cabbage and some pickled cucumber...
Nearly a whole jar of this plus a can of chickpeas, a toxic quantity of milled flaxseed (cyanide), tahini and wine...

I eat every kind of cruciferous veggies but sauerkraut doesn't work for me - perhaps in the future I will experiment with vegan sausages...

Try chopped red cabbage. Don't massage it to release the liquid like you might with sauerkraut, leave it intact and just pour the brine over. It keeps a lot of its crunch. It might well convert you.
