Lunch should have its own thread

Did me strength training this morning, so it's tinned mackerel, white cabbage sauerkraut, handful of pumpkin seeds and undressed salad leaves.

Pear and a nectarine.
 
Heated iron skillet with plenty of butter, then:
Wholegrain sourdough bread, not really fried, but yunno
Halloumi cheese
Four cherry tomatoes til they’re softened
The last of the Chicken of the woods
Thin sliced leek
Fried egg


Layered:
Toast, halloumi, leek & CotW, toms, balsamic vinegar, egg, fresh ground black pepper, toasted sesame seeds

Strong Mokka coffee
