Lunch should have its own thread

Tinned mackerel, yellow pepper, little gem, watercress, rocket, and red cabbage/Roxi chilli sauerkraut.

2 plums and a tangerine.
 
I bought some topnotch seeded sourdough from the Asda bakery yesterday and had a slice of that, toasted, buttered and truffle Marmited. mmmmMMMM. Followed it up with a quarter of a tub of vanilla Skyr.
 
Some gluten free crackers, butter, a piece of Maasdam cheese, two slices of parma ham, some carrots and guacamole dip, then some brazil nuts and chocolate covered peanuts. I've eaten so badly over the past few weeks and thats resulted in a flare up of painful swollen joints. So, back to avoiding ultra processed food, potatoes (I'm intolerant and I've eaten too many) and refined sugar.

Loads of vanilla Skyr - was reading something and when I looked down at the tub, I'd eaten most of it (500g!)
