Some gluten free crackers, butter, a piece of Maasdam cheese, two slices of parma ham, some carrots and guacamole dip, then some brazil nuts and chocolate covered peanuts. I've eaten so badly over the past few weeks and thats resulted in a flare up of painful swollen joints. So, back to avoiding ultra processed food, potatoes (I'm intolerant and I've eaten too many) and refined sugar.
