This again. Nom.Today's lunch was much better. Thin slice of homebaked seedy wholemeal, toasted, slathered in hoummus, with slcied baby plum toms, yellow pepper and cucumber, and rocket.

That sounds well fit!My partner made some sort of a magical thing with fried figs, oat yoghurt, stewed onions/tomatoes and mint oil. There were some leftover falafel-type things to throw in the mix as well, solid protein to balance out all that indulgence. I feel well fed.
