There’s a few variations of it but essentially it’s duck stock , shredded duck , garlic , herbs and rice . Most put chouriço in it on the top of the rice , some put duck fat or butter into the rice and sometimes a beaten egg into the top of the rice and it’s cooked in the oven . This one had it little hint of piri piri in it as well .That looks awesome
