Lunch should have its own thread

Aldi are out of milled linseed and I'm not prepared to pay over twice the price for "organic" in the deli, so just pickles and tahini.
If I ever lose access to Polish pickles I will have to learn to make my own.
 
Toasted pitta with butter and marmite. Love the way there's always a squidgy doughy side and a crispy side when you split a pitta, post-toaster.
