Cheap bit of steak from Aldi. So cheap they didn't even name the cut. Was using a new (to me) thick frying pan so was able to really crank up the heat. I was worried that the steak was getting to done for my tastes, but it turned out ok. Probably could have had a few seconds longer.

That's basically still mooing. :(

Never understood the whole eating clearly undercooked meat - it should be cooked properly.
