Noodles on pizza would probably work - could shovel noodles onto each slice before you eat it.

Cold diet lentil and veggy soup
milled linseed
tahini
capers
Dijon mustard

No oatcakes.

Big dish of chopped up apple, pear, banana, orange, walnuts and almonds with a splash of lime juice and a few spoons of plain yoghurt.

Cheap bit of steak from Aldi. So cheap they didn't even name the cut. Was using a new (to me) thick frying pan so was able to really crank up the heat. I was worried that the steak was getting to done for my tastes, but it turned out ok. Probably could have had a few seconds longer.

Never understood the whole eating clearly undercooked meat - it should be cooked properly.
