Went for a stroll and got a hankering for a burger. Ended up picking up a load of Chicken quarter pound burgers from Asda which are decent enough fayre and some more Bagels on offer.

That was really decent.

Onion and chive bagel. Spinach, chicken burger, rocket, mayo, cheese, mustard and rocket.

One tin of Amy's Kitchen Organic Hearty Spanish Rice & Red Bean Soup. I didn't post the details because I wasn't looking forward to it, and rightly so because it was bland and stodgy. I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a tinned bean soup though, but I shan't bother again.

White wine and stuff - shop bought, and I did two packs. Fancy some pickled cockles so will have to buy some next time I'm out.
