Lunch should have its own thread

I made a stonking noodle soup yesterday for lunches, and cannot WAIT to eat it :D It's got red peppers, onions, spring onions, pak choi, fresh ginger, loads of garlic, birds eye chillis, finely chopped porcini mushrooms (and broth), soya beans, baby corn and soy sauce in it, and it is going to fucking rock. I haven't got noodles with mine today though cos there was some leftover hoose rice from the weekend that I'm not going to waste!

How was it sojourner? Sounds lush

I had one of those Bol curries - Keralan Coconut. It didn't taste Keralan, it didn't taste of coconut and it didn't even really taste like a curry. It fucking minged.
 
Made a vast pot of healing veggie tagine yesterday, so a big portion of that with some plain cous cous. It's got fuckoff big chunky veg in it - spuds, onions, courgette, peppers, aubergine, onion - and garlic, obv, chickpeas, toms, bit of good paprika and 4 tsp of Seasoned Pioneers' amazing harissa spice mix.
