Really? I learned some years ago that eating hummus that had been out in the sun made you shit water for three days I wouldn't take any risks with it now.

What was Goan about the falafels then?

Dunno tbh mate but they were bloody gorgeous. These:



Million miles better than the crap, "smokey sweet potato" things I have today, with a baked potato, steamed green veg and roasted aubergine. Sriracha and a big bar of chocolate to cheer it up.

Don't eat Thai food often and the few times I have I've been underwhelmed. Totally get thats probably where I've eaten it. Anyway we tried somewhere last night that was really good.

Had a Gang Pa. I like hot food, but this had serious serious heat to it. Was rather impressed. Different to normal Thai type curries I've had as it wasn't based on coconut milk.

Yesterday I had a salad with falafel and sauerkraut and a big sulk on, cos i was sat with someone eating homemade adobo that smelled so good I'd have married it in the break room.
