My mate offered me a fag Thursday night, not just menthol but Richmond menthol. I went without. [emoji1]

The best ones for that are those B&H where you activate the menthol by snapping something in the filter. So you get all the misanthropic joy of not having to share but you don't even have to smoke menthols

I had fried mushrooms and tomatoes on crusty white toast. It was gorgeous.

I did use the mushrooms and tomatoes I’d bought for tomorrow’s breakfast though. Oops.

Went to a local eatery with 2 pals.
It's a small place next to the sea.
I asked for the chicken curry thinking it would be a mild one..
Boy was it not!!!!!! It was very nearly a vindaloo!
Absolutely gorgeous
Cleared my head and warmer me up big time after my walk.
I'll be having that again

Fillet of salmon chunked over a salad. Slice of toasted rye. Coconut yoghurt, mixed seeds and an espresso chocolate truffle. Tea.

Cajun sweet potato & lentil soup, one slice of brown seedy toast with butter, deconstructed salad (coz shoving huge handfuls of leaves into my mouth is quicker than cutting things up to eat with a fork )

Apple porridge with loads of flax and pumpkin seeds, goji berries and some honey. Cup of tea and a slice of Christmas cake a couple of hours later. Eta: oh and a banana before all of that. Had my lunch and breakfast back to front today
