Pitta bread, with ham, mustard (English) and a sliced wally. I'm going to make another one with wild garlic, falafel and HPS (because I finished the mango pickle ) in a minute. Then I'm going to go out and get a coffee cos I haven't got any in the house. THEN I will finish my essay.
The remains of yesterday's salmon and sweetcorn tagliatelle, with added red pepper and spring onion. Much nicer today Followed by loads of grapes and blueberries.

It was nice but I thought I'd picked up a chicken one and tasting something fishy when you're expecting chicken is a bit alarming!
A spicy tuna melt, probably the spiciest one I've ever had. I think they put sriracha in it. Luckily I had a nice can of orange San Pellegrino to wash the burn away with.
Cold tuna tomato pasta from last night with Jamaican hps. Hot chorizo and black bean soup with coriander and lime juice. Only half the bowl though. Leftovers
Pasta with mushrooms, courgettes, red peppers, cabbage all chucked in the pasta pan just before it was ready, then drained and added cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and served with a drizzling of oliv oile, a sprinkling of black pepper & salt, and liberal amounts of grated grana padano.
