Very impressive stuff from The Californian Guitar Trio who opened for King Crimson on last years American tour
Best place to put this I suppose:
Looks like Greenwich.Where is that?
Where is that?
Cutty Sark is in Greenwich, do you mean the Victory?I think it’s in Portsmouth next to the Cutty Sark - pretty surreal

<Insert obligatory joke about Sasaferrato having served on both ships here>Impressed that anyone would know this.

Well I got my driving licence today (not that I'm planning on driving). I applied in July so just the seven months.
It's only valid until mid 2023 I assume because I'm then 70 and need a medical to prove I'm still alive (relieved to hear I don't need another test because I'd never pass ).
I may start applying for a new one soon.

Sasaferrato said:I think the Cutty Sark was the first ship to have the hull sheathed in copper 'copper bottomed' , which really helped reduce drag from weed
Is what neighbour said but it looks like you're right - you just have to renew it every three years. Not convincef that you'll need an actual medical when 70, if you're in ordinarily OK health .....

Original Crimson King Ian McDonald is no more (we’ll skip over his next band)
Ian McDonald: King Crimson and Foreigner co-founder dies
Ian McDonald played on King Crimson's seminal debut album, and on Foreigner hits like Cold As Ice.www.bbc.co.uk
The album he did with drummer Michael Giles was pretty good.
