1. As JTG has pointed out, Bolt ran 20.2 in the 200m when he was 15 years old. He just set a WR of 19.3, an improvement of 0.9 seconds in 7 years. Hardly suspicious.
2. He cannot have been using the usual sprinter cocktail of steroids and EPO etc to build muscle - because he has no muscles. Linford Christie used drugs to get bulky - Bolt clearly does not:
