jamaica - fastest nation on earth!!

I don't think anyone in any thread has said Bolt is a druggie - so wind in the group hysteria and get a grip.

It is a fact that Jamaica does not test out of competition. That is all that can be said, though it is important.

It's also a fact the BBC commentators went on endlessly, and embarrassingly, about how fantastic were the Esst German training methods and facilities - as a general proposition, the people paying for the product (in this case the BBC for athletics) are never reliable witnesses.

In fact, when it comes to sports organisations of any kind they've contracted with, I personally find the BBC to be 'authoritively' full of shite, but that's just my view.

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: * 100 ^^^^^

Frankly, at some of the people posting on this thread, I mean the audacity of suggesting possible drug use in some cases - especially in the case of Bolt who skipped the last 10m of the 100m and yet still breaks a world record. I mean come on and a for fucks sake for good measure thrown in.

not accusing Bolt of taking drugs?

WE know you have told us 10000000000000000000 million times already.

BBC = agents of the devil.:)

where r you getting this pm nonsense from?:D

I know a website where you can get together with like-minded people LC... it's similar to... think 'tempest facade'. ya dig? ;)

Nevermind eh? When they all test positive you can start a smug thread and feel smug!

Not me.

I think some will get caught and the rest won't. It'll just be the sad continuation of a sad tradition of drug cheats.

How many of the olympic 100 metres winners after 1984 and before Bolt have been discredited? And the majority don't get caught.

The olympic spirit is dead.

And I think that so many fail to acknowledge this is sad too.

I wouldn't care if drugs were permitted - as long as nobody younger than 18 took part, but I guess it would turn into even more of a freak show.

I just think that the whole thing is corrupt and, therefore, to see swathes of people ignoring/denying that there is any kind of endemic or systemic problem is obviously frustrating.

:(

Woof

what's 'inverse racism'?

It would go along the lines of :- How dare you even question that a black man from a poor country might have cheated?( despite the fact he skipped his way to a world record.)

Something like that maybe.

Great movie.

No comment on the Jamaicans , but since they appear to have started testing the Yanks they are noticeable by their absence from the podium.

Def, the USA do appear to be testing properly at the mo. On that front though, the big story is the Russians:

2000: 32 Golds, total medals 88
2004: 27 Golds, total medals 92
2008: 17 Golds, total medals 57 - with under two days left

Cos only blacks, from poor countries would cheat right?

Inverse racism, are you quite sure?:(

Who said i'm bothered?

TBH I've just come home from an evening out and have a belly full of dinner to digest. :)

yes, and I've just come in from an evening out and just seen you question 'im somewhere up there^ as I have read you question many 'issues' on race time again... just seems like a losing battle with some. imo.

It's not a battle Mads, it's how it is.....I care less either way TBH, but, rightly or wrongly, I enjoy asking the questions.

Afterall, I might be wrong and they might teach me something.
