Is America burning? (Black Lives Matter protests, civil unrest and riots 2020)

Look, it's Friday night, we're talking about some heavy stuff around fascism - it feels like it's time to lighten the mood.

Ah no I've absolutely fucked it there haven't I.

not sure what hurting my head more that weird background

or her ramblings

has anyone told her that daily hail and Sky news are rarely classified as liberal media in the uk :D
the weird background is, apparently, a curtain, or suchlike. You can see it wobbling in places (though I cant be arsed to find out exactly which places)

ah its been identified as something you can buy on amazon

whats more crazy is if you follow her around the web and see who she works for the shit and it produces

the Townhall website she is a reporter for is a whole big bag for of wet cats kinda crazy

From the hypocrisy that trump supports are being condemned for raiding one of the legislative house of the American political system where the cops just let them walk in
and the blm protesters this year who have been arrested, attacked and shot for asking for basic human rights

and the other articles about covid being fake, Ted Cruz being responsible for the riot, the left being a communist beast Etc Etc

jebus find a girl with long eyelashes and get her to say the crazy bat shite ballocks and call it be a strong conservative women

and she is former usa apprentice contestant

how are these people still employed in the USA as lawyers in good standing with the bar

Dunno whether to put it on here or the main election thread, but the company making the Camp Auschwitz shirt has been identified - it appears that they've had some second thoughts and so that particular item is no longer for sale, but here's an archived version, featuring this impressive nonsense for the item description:
This La Ligne BonBon sweater is the Camp auschwitz work brings freedom shirt in other words I will buy this perfect cozy/cheery combo for a more muted Thanksgiving.
Camp auschwitz work brings freedom shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt
Earlier this fall I visited the Camp auschwitz work brings freedom shirt in other words I will buy this Philip Johnson Glass House, a true treasure located a short car ride away from where I grew up in Connecticut. If you?re a fan of mid-century modern like me, it?s not to be missed. The grounds were especially beautiful amongst a backdrop of golden foliage. The accompanying design shop located in the main town of New Canaan (separate from the property) is not to be missed either. From architecture books, to knick knacks, and incredibly chic and modern living objects, you can?t help but leave the shop without wanting to bring everything home with you.
Anyway, it seems like some of TeeHands' neighbors aren't very happy with them:

Adam Boulton’s completely implacable tone in asking those questions and letting her fashion her own rope for her own noose was textbook interviewing. The question she chooses to answer is as instructive as the answer she gives.

we certainly wouldn't be, and this was a topic on my Nextdoor this a.m.

turns out it was a fake address (and the site has been taken down apparently). but the choice of address may have resonance because this is the neighborhood where the Bund was headquartered. in here you can see a picture of a march one block over up 86th street:

and there is still a german restaurant on the block that was mentioned on that site.

The right are still pushing the line that it was only a tiny, tiny proportion of people who took part in the DC craziness. That 75 million Trump supporters didn't attack the Capitol.

That many more people died in BLM riots

Most of them were shot by trump cultists though

Chris Hedges interviewed on USA situation as of jan 15th 2021

for everyone wishing an over view the conversation, 45 min, covers a lot of ground, proto-fascistic uprising, the link of press and politics, social eco conditions, far left and right, force the vote, history of European countries in the same boat roughly in 1990's , some people say his views are alarmist

What irks is that they happily denounce antifascists and BLM as "terrorists" but won't have it when it comes to Trumpists. According to them, antifa and BLM want to destroy America. I suspect that they are either trolling, or genuinely are unaware that people (not just in the US) tend to stand up against racists, fascists etc.
