Thought we could have a thread to plug book launches, book tours, talks, that kind of thing.
To start off with, here's a plug for this:
Nell Osborne’s 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 launches with two November events in Manchester and London. ⁣Please join us to celebrate this publication.

Both of these occasions will feature a newly commissioned Poets’ Theatre piece, in two distinct editions, written by Mau Baiocco & Nell Osborne and starring special guests. Rigorous amateurism. Under-rehearsedness. Counter-professionalism. To be missed? No.⁣

Nell Osborne’s 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 is a collection of poems, appointments, wiggle rooms, self-help guides, dialogue scraps, and misery chambers. It skewers the idea of the ‘poet’s voice’ with drab ease, and then skewers itself. By turns oblique, seductive, and silly, here is a melancomic portrait of existence in 2024/5.
