Proper Frankfurters (100g each and 22cm long)
Topped with Hela Curry-Gewürzketchup (extra hot)
Served in a tiger bread baguette (not traditional but not unpleasant either) which may or may not be buttered
We are thinking of sexing these up with some wilted spinach and grated cheese to accompany the caramelised red onions

Ikea do 60p hot dogs! Not that amazing, but they were 60p!
Are those the tins or the longer ones in jars?
I like the cheap ones on occasion but they never quite feel like a 'meal' to me

Aren't they just Quorn sausages boiled? I'm sure they used to be, I had one once it was weird.
Mind you Quorn do hotdogs now so maybe they used them nowadays.

Ikea stopped doing veggie dogs over a year ago..
I wrote to them about it but never received a reply. Veggies have the calzone as the savoury treat at the end now.
the apple one or something....its the best one in london, and it has pickles and is served on a brioche bun....im tired.

If they were unscrupulous enough to call, say, finely ground sawdust 'meat hot dog', then the 'veggie hot dog' would probably have it in there as well.
