Help me find a band to play at my Irish wedding!

So I'm getting married next summer and the wedding will be in Ireland, Wexford in fact. (She's Irish)
I'm trying to find a band we could hire to play that could do some traditional Irish music (something I know nothing about) early on but also knock out some good other material too, maybe some cover versions of good party tunes and so on - bit vague I know but if anyone can recommend anyone or where best to look that would be most appreciated!

If electroplated had followed this excellent advice he could have booked Toons well before they were famous, or even post-pubertal, and likely could have negotiated their services for a Dairylea triangle each. I bet he feels silly now.

For future reference the best wedding band in Ireland IME is Spring Break, my brother hired them for his wedding last year and goodness me are they brilliant.

Show bands had their heyday in the 60s and 70s, there wouldn't be many of them around, these days, tbf.

Alas, without breaking temporal rules, there's no chance of getting a band to the wedding on time.

Yes, I do realize it. But if you'll check out their website you'll see that they regularly travel internartionally for weddings . Also you'll see that they are VERY good...
