Not sure he took many shots at all. He certainly would against other opps though - and he's always said that, he's made it part of the brand even.

I think he might have held back in rounds 4-7 (or didn't put the foot down), don't blame him, bout was on the bag. Did the job, did it sensibly and without harm.

I was concerned that Haye was breathing heavily and looking tired quite early on. Both the Klitschkos are supreme athletes and Haye doesn't have great endurance by his own admission. He didn't get hurt by it tonight, but he will against better opposition. He also needs to throw more combinations rather than just 1-2 shot bursts, if he'd really let his hands go he'd have had Ruiz out of there earlier, maybe in the first.
