That news report mentions a flood warning out for the Culm. Apparently, it's now burst its banks at Hele and as a result the main railway line is closed between Tiverton Parkway and Exeter. So my mum tells me, anyway, having been tipped off the train at Tiverton...

Yes, we've had about 50 claims at work from that area so far - the adjusters are going to have to work all weekend to fit them in.
