From Islamabad to Islamaworse

No-one is asking for "100% evidence" on this thread, but "beyond reasonable doubt" appears to be a more rational threshold to use (if we're talking about what's "reasonable", like) than a balance of probabilities (an evidential weighting British law only permits for civil matters and the disciplining of policemen, IIRC)

No, it's to do with the cartoons first and foremost. And it's not just al-Qaeda types who've got it in for Denmark because of them. Plenty of Muslims were really angry about the cartoons, and doubtless still are. Some people just can't take a joke.

'Honour and piety': honour as in don't let an intolerable insult go unanswered, piety as in thinking one's religion is the most wonderful thing ever. Combine the two and the outcome is pretty predictable I'd have thought..

I've just spent a happy few minutes watching Hamas Bunny on YouTube urge his viewers not to buy Danish products, so that's the Lego version of the al-Aqsa mosque out the window.

A fine pair of mis-definitions from you there. :)

No, they're realistic definitions. They're only mis-definitions if you believe honour and piety must always bestow universal benefits beyond individual or group self-interest.
