'First' riot-related eviction notice served by Wandsworth Council

At the risk of getting banged up,here's a link to a group who are going to protest outside the council leaders home 5-8pm thursday:

Using Facebook you'll notice, not sure that's the brightest idea.

a mate of mine used to be a Councillor - there was a march to his place in protest against a decision he had been involved with - plenty of shouting and banners and that - they banged on his door and demanded to talk to him - his neighbour came out - and told them he was on holiday:D so they left.

As it goes some anti-cuts people have been petitioning the wandsworth area and getting great support...

lulz @ Marty... our boyo isnt on holiday.. has been checked :D

According to the leak I posted - they announced the notice to the media before it had been served  plus appear to have released the tenant's address as she has been interviewed about it  looks like Mr Chief Executive saw a chance of getting some media attention but didn't think too much about the possible consequences - no doubt he piled pressure on the Estate Office to do something they probably didn't want to do.

Bit of a bugger having and getting to a perfectly legal peaceful demo outside someones address if you don't publish the address, ie where the demo will be happening.....

If you are that stupid why don't you just admit it?

Nothing illegal, as such. Just very stupid. (Anti-democratic and stupid are two different things, btw.)

Not stupid at all, stupid would be to suggest illegality, no-one is suggesting that. All is suggested is a perfectly legal picket of an elected politician acting the cunt.....
