Why 'paid leave''?
They're clearly far too stupid to be in the job so far better to dump them. The video is plenty of evidence to prove the first cop massively overreacted, and his mates were idiots.
Still, the guy tidying up his garden was black so very likely to be guilty of being black while being neat and looking after his home.
