The food was a bit dissappointing. I'm sure a small festy could do much better with fresh, nicer, more imaginative stuff and things like fresh bread on site. Still, can't complain too much as I didn't do too much eating
i think Parsley's point about a shop is a good one - a lot of people came on the bus, which limits how much you could carry. A farm shop - milk, bread, eggs, veg, fruit etc - would have been useful AND been a nice addition to the (ahem) vibe...
I remember Dolly told me she'd lost her sandals, so that happened before we went a-wandering and I fell over that man and sat on his head - the one on loads of drugs, I didn't spill my drinks in the Coronation mug and the pint glass, and then we took a picture of him with us together to show he had forgiven, then he tried to take my cider. Then we went to the toilet and that thing happened and then....

It's not bad Dolly - it was just funny.
We went off to the bogs - I exclaimed that it was a new low and you sat on the floor (which was very very clean I will add) and I had a wee. You opened the door from the floor and it swung open to a bunch of lads who saw you crumpled on the floor, falling out onto the grass and me standing over you doing up my flies.
It looked ever, ever so wrong and they were nearly sick laughing

Anyway, I'm glad I'm an old'un, I've nothing to prove, I can sleep as much as I want (although, until Sunday night I had only managed 5 hours sleep - 2 on Fri/Sat and then 3 on Sat/Sun due to noise), I can take as little drugs as I want, I really don't mind being called a lightweight
And now I'm really glad there's no comedown, I used to get them bad - I once had to have 3 days off work after an 'excessive' weekend when I took 6 pills...

Just remembered how desperate I was for some sleep on Saturday afternoon, I decided that if I took enough k I'd k-hole myself into sleep.
Didn't work at all! I ended up having the most boring k-hole ever, my brain was so tired it didn't have the energy to imagine an interesting k-hole, I was just in a box, it was a k-box, that was that...
Luckily there were lots of lovely urbanites around so I could hear their conversations in the far distance

not sure that's a good idea at all - licence may restrict it, and the bars need to make money for the festival to survive.
