I ride a bike and I just don't do it. Had too many near misses and seen others have some nasty spills (luckily not too injured).

If I can I cycle out in the middle of the road, but if the traffic is slow moving then I undertake.

The story is getting a bit confusing:

The cyclist had hit our car with his hand earlier on the passenger side, the only reason I could think he did this is he possibly felt he didn’t have enough room to get through.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: ‘It was alleged that a cyclist smashed a rear window of a car. No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.’
