It got as far as a mockup of one of its potential configurations before cancellation, then the P3 Orion was slotted into its intended role.

For cold war fans, there's also a Sea VIxen, a Canberra, a Javelin, a Hawker Hunter, a Mystere, an F4 and an F100. Well worth a trip.

Would I be right to guess there is a fair amount of rivalry between AF and Navy pilots? And that it is also the case in the UK, or most other countries with a naval air force for that matter?
