WTF is a 'presser'?

Its sort of like a party political broadcast. Only with more balance: a lot of people with nothing else to do watch it and reach the conclusion "how can anyone vote for this moron" others listen and think there speaks a stable genius" and start mainlining bleach....what happen in November depends on the number of each that make it to the poll
